Terms & conditions

De los traslados del aeropuerto:

  • La reserva por los city tours puede realizarse a través de correo electrónico, WhatsApp o los formularios de este sitio web.

  • No es necesario realizar algún pago adelantado por la reserva.

  • Al momento de la reserva, el viajero deberá indicar el número de vuelo y la hora programada de llegada.

  • En caso de haber retraso o modificación en la hora de llegada o del número de vuelo, estos deberán ser comunicados por el viajero a la brevedad posible.

  • El precio del traslado incluye 1 hora de espera en el aeropuerto, contada desde la hora de arribo del vuelo.

  • Si la espera sobrepasa el tiempo indicado en el párrafo anterior, se aplicará un cargo adicional por espera.

 

De los city tours:

  • La reserva por los city tours puede realizarse a través de correo electrónico o WhatsApp.

  • No es necesario realizar algún pago adelantado por la reserva.

  • El servicio de city tours privados personalizados se presta bajo la modalidad por hora. El tiempo se cuenta desde el momento del recojo, hasta terminar el servicio en la puerta de su hotel o el lugar que indique el viajero.

  • El precio se establece por persona/hora, en función del número de participantes en el grupo. A mayor número de participantes, menor será el precio por persona/hora.

  • ​​El precio no incluye los tickets de entrada ni alimentación.

  • Al momento de efectuar la reserva, se coordinará con el cliente el número de participantes en el grupo, el tiempo que desea disponer para el tour y los lugares que le interesa visitar.

  • El tiempo mínimo de contratación del servicio es de 3 horas.

  • No hay número mínimo de participantes para el tour.

  • Dado que se trata de un servicio privado, flexible y totalmente personalizado, los lugares a visitar, los horarios y el tiempo total pueden ser modificados en el momento, de tal forma que los viajeros pueden estar en cada lugar el tiempo que deseen, salvo que alguna atracción cuente con horario de reserva.

  • Una vez culminado el servicio, se procederá a la liquidación de las horas tomadas para el tour y se procederá con el pago respectivo.

  • Dada la situación de emergencia por la pandemia de Covid-19, algunos horarios podrían ser modificados o el acceso a alguna actividad ser suspendida, por disposición de las autoridades sanitarias. De darse el caso, se comunicará oportunamente a los viajeros, para modificar el programa o itinerario.

 

De las excursiones:

  • La reserva por la excursión debe realizarse con el pago del 50% del monto total por el servicio.

  • El 50% restante debe pagarse al iniciar la excursión.

  • En caso de anulación hasta 96 horas antes de la hora de salida, habrá una penalidad del 50% del monto abonado al efectuar la reserva. Los reembolsos se brindarán en un plazo no menor de 30 días hábiles y no mayor a 120 días hábiles descontando los costos de transacción, en caso existan.

  • Si la anulación se hace con menos de 96 horas de anticipación a la hora de salida o en caso de NO SHOW, la penalidad será el 100% del monto abonado al efectuar la reserva.

  • Los pagos pueden realizarse con tarjetas de crédito Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club o en efectivo.

  • Dada la situación de emergencia por la pandemia de Covid-19, algunos horarios podrían ser modificados o el acceso a alguna actividad ser suspendida, por disposición de las autoridades sanitarias. De darse el caso, se comunicará oportunamente a los viajeros, para modificar el programa o itinerario.

  • La excursión a las Islas Ballestas puede ser suspendida si las autoridades determinan el cierre del puerto, debido a que condiciones del mar no son las apropiadas u otras que determinen que no son seguras para la navegación.

  • No hay reembolsos por cancelación de actividades debido a las condiciones citadas en el párrafo precedente. En la medida de lo posible, se tratará de reemplazar las actividades canceladas con otras alternativas.

About the airport transfers:

  • In case of delay or modification in the arrival time or the flight number, these must be communicated by the traveler as soon as possible.

  • The price of the transfer includes 1 hour of waiting time at the airport, considered from the flight arrival time.

  • If the wait exceeds the time indicated in the previous paragraph, an additional waiting time charge will be applied.

 

About the city tours:

  • The reservation for the city tours can be made through email or WhatsApp.

  • It is not necessary to make any advance payment for the reservation.

  • The personalized private city tours service is provided on an hourly basis. The time is counted from the moment of pick-up, until the end of the service at the door of the hotel or the place indicated by the traveler.

  • The price is established per person / hour, depending on the number of participants in the group. The greater the number of participants, the lower the price per person / hour.

  • The price does not include entrance tickets or food.

  • At the time of booking, the number of participants in the group, the time they wish to have for the tour and the places they are interested in visiting will be coordinated with the client.

  • The minimum time for contracting the service is 3 hours.

  • There is no minimum number of participants for the tour. Since it is a private, flexible and totally personalized service, the places to visit, the schedules and the total time can be modified at the moment, in such a way that travelers can be in each place as long as they wish, unless any attraction has a reservation schedule.

  • Once the service is completed, the hours taken for the tour will be settled and the respective payment will be made.

  • Given the emergency situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic, some schedules could be modified or access to some activity be suspended, by order of the health authorities. If the case arises, travelers will be notified in a timely manner to modify the program or itinerary.

About the excursions:

  • The reservation for the excursion must be made with the payment of 50% of the total amount for the service.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid at the start of the excursion.

  • In case of cancellation up to 96 hours before departure time, there will be a penalty of 50% of the amount paid when making the reservation. Refunds will be provided within a period of no less than 30 business days and no longer than 120 business days, discounting transaction costs, if any.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 96 hours before the departure time or in case of NO SHOW, the penalty will be 100% of the amount paid when making the reservation.

  • Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club credit cards or in cash.

  • Given the emergency situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic, some schedules could be modified or access to any activity suspended, by order of the health authorities. If the case arises, travelers will be notified in a timely manner to modify the program or itinerary.

  • The excursion to the Ballestas Islands may be suspended if the authorities determine the closure of the port, because sea conditions are not appropriate or others that determine that they are not safe for navigation.

  • There are no refunds for cancellation of activities due to the conditions mentioned in the preceding paragraph. As far as possible, an attempt will be made to replace canceled activities with other alternatives.
